Our Vision

I am pleased to address everyone via this network. Over the past 38 years I have done a great deal of positive work with individuals, couples, diversified groups, drug and alcohol, children, the elderly and women's/men's issues. I do pre and post operative assessments for gastric bypass individuals. My practice is dedicated to maximizing the individuals I work with in all areas of their lives to produce positivity and eliminate negative behaviors.  I practice from a cognitive point of view.  I am a holistic practioner.

I am an OASAS practioner.  I work with drug and alcohol issues. I work with persons in the following areas: individuals, family, children, religous issues, groups, women/women's issues, marital/couples, supervision and student training.

We are honest and practice non condeming confrontation with open settings.  We use the negative/seemingly negative, issues in the lives of people to turn issues into positives.

We also offer on-line therapy to have everyones therapy needs met.  No one needs to miss an opportunity to have therapy in today's world.

How do you pay?  We accept payment via CashApp:  $dianeoseaman, Venmo:  @diane-seaman-2,
ApplePay, ZellPay: and cash.

Broken Pieces...

Picking Up the Pieces...

I never thought I would benefit from therapy, especially at my age of 62.  In my head, I always felt that my life experience would carry me throiugh any difficult hurddles.  Little did I know, after having theraphy from Elder Seaman, my world appeared in color and I am so grateful for the journey that I am now on.

My wife has been hinting around to me for 15 years that I need therapy.  The stubborn man that I am, finally gave in to her.  It was the best decision I have ever made.  My marraige has gotten stronger, all my relationships have flourished.  Thank you for changing my life.

I lost my son to drugs.  And my daughter committed suicide.  I thought I wanted to die.  Although it took a few years, LifeSkills helped me to reassess my life and I am not using that to help others.
